And like this i ''prigkipw'' you...with a jewel!

Inspiration for that ''article'' was my new favorite jewel that i bought yesterday,in my last day of vacation in Greece.

Propably all of you that you are living in Greece, you already know about ''Prigkipw''.

But for the rest of you, that you don't know yet...have a look:

''Collection 2012''

"A thought and a creation. Every idea, becoming real. And like this, i ''prigkipw''...with a jewel ...". With this quatrain, Kelly and Kalomira, two girls who decided to chase their dream in spite of any obstacles, present us all of their amazing creations.

As students in 2003 they began a lot of activities that they left everything in the middle even if they were good. They could easily, instead of creating jewelry, had been champions of various sports. Like this, they were written at a seminar in Peania (my hometown) for handmade jewelry. Not only they did not give up, but even if the lesson was over they forgot to leave. The teacher watched them and inspired them everyday, but for them it was very difficult to construct their ideas because they didn't had the technology equipment and the result had nothing to do with their original plan. But as they were working with the metal, they loved it so much that they were trying to learn more and more techniques and then make different constructions. And that's how the inspiration comes, grasping the material, exploring the technical, scratching each other's minds. And like that they created the ''Prigkipw''.

Slowly but steadily, with group exhibitions since 2005 and two individual 2010 and 2011, they realised that people really liked their job, and that was a confirmation that helped them to continue and evolve. In 2009 createded their page on facebook and they proposed the social media as a promotion tool for their individual work. At least, that helped them to show their work to many people, far more than their laboratory in Peania!
